From mission to report, with no paper and no loose ends
Drone-ID 360 covers the whole journey: the mission is planned, the pilot is identified, the flight captures data and everything closes with the log and report generated automatically. It never interferes with DJI Pilot 2 during flight.
Mission
The manager creates the mission at headquarters: zone, assigned pilot and drone, AI modules to activate, and SORA if the category requires it.
Identification
The pilot turns on the RC Plus 2 and identifies themselves with an NFC card + PIN. The system validates the AESA license, category and drone assignment in under 3 seconds. Without valid identification, the drone does not fly.
Flight with data
The SDK is released and the pilot flies with Pilot 2. In parallel, the case captures real-time telemetry and the modules process the drone video.
Post-flight: logging
On landing, the system automatically generates the flight record (FlightRecord) with the full route, photos, consumption and real drone events. The pilot confirms the outcome and any incidents.
Report and auditable closure
One click generates the flight report as a signed PDF with a SHA-256 hash, ready for the supervisor, AESA or a police report. Everything syncs to headquarters with chain of custody.
Exception · Emergency mode
In urgent operations the order is reversed: the pilot activates emergency mode, flies immediately and documents afterwards. Access is logged with mandatory justification (reason, authorizing supervisor, case file) and triggers an immediate alert to the Unit Chief and the Compliance Officer. Traceability remains intact: act first, cover the paperwork after, without losing the chain of custody.

While the pilot flies with DJI Pilot 2, Drone-ID 360 reads the drone telemetry in the background and transmits it to headquarters. On landing, it generates the flight log and the full report inside the platform itself, with no paper or spreadsheets.

What people usually ask us
Does Drone-ID 360 replace DJI Pilot 2?
No. The pilot still flies with DJI Pilot 2, the manufacturer's official app. Drone-ID 360 only runs the blocking login when the controller starts up; once authenticated, it releases the SDK and moves to the background, capturing telemetry. It never touches drone control during flight.
Is the flight lock real or just a warning?
It is a real lock via DJI's Mobile SDK V5. Without a valid pilot identification, the drone will not start flying. It is not a warning.
What AI modules does the catalogue include?
Today: ALPR, Pavement, Graffiti and Solar. The catalogue is open and growing. Modules are activated per mission, not per customer: a single flight can carry several at once.
Does it comply with RD 517/2024 and the SORA methodology?
Yes. A native SORA 2.5 engine automates the 10 JARUS steps and generates a package of 8 signed PDFs, plus assisted communication with the Spanish Ministry of Interior registry when applicable.
Does it perform facial recognition on people?
No. The modules do not include biometrics. License plates, potholes, graffiti and solar panels are processed, never faces.
Is it available in other languages?
Yes. Drone-ID 360 is multilingual: the interface is available in Spanish, English, French and Portuguese, among others, and each operator can work in their own language. The platform is ready to be deployed outside Spain, adapting role naming and regulatory frameworks to each client's country.
Does it work without coverage?
Yes. AI processing is edge-based: it happens on the mini PC inside the case. In offline mode the pilot can authorize up to 3 flights using a local cache; everything syncs once connectivity is restored.
